2. If the machine have the problem, please send the video or picture to me, i'll be glad to teach you how to repair it within 12 hours. 

3. If the machine have the problem, you can't do it, please send the machine to us, we repair it and then shipping it to you, we're bear the freight cost within 9 days. 

4. It's free if the machine have the problem and need replace the parts(such as Main board, line, accessories and so on) under the warranty time, we'll send new parts to you within 2 days.
