It is a multi-functional dual pulse power supply with 875watts/second (Joule) capacitance discharge. Many precise and small accessories can be welded with this power supply. Precise position welding can be solved too. The characteristic welding locked function can ensure that outside line voltage, operating frequency and speed don not affect the welding quality.
The dual pulse welding not only improves welding quality but also eliminates splashes. Each welding schedule includes two independent and changed pulse discharges. One pulse is used to clear plated coat or contaminants to improve the surface state of the work pieces while another pulse to weld them together.
The independent modularized design of the DP875 dual pulse power supply and the welding head are ideal for the manually actuated welding head, the mechanical air actuated welding head and also suitable for matching with the automatic wielding head on the automatic lines.
